How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.90. For orders over €49 within Germany, we cover the shipping costs for you, so your order will be delivered free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

We know how important fast and secure delivery is. Your order is carefully packaged and shipped with insurance within Germany to ensure it arrives safely.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, so you can have your coffee in your hands soon.

For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.

Please note that, especially in the weeks leading up to Christmas, there may be delivery delays on the part of DHL.

Yes, our deliveries are 100% insured.

Where does it ship to?

We currently only ship to Germany.

Can I return my items?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

Who bears the return costs?

The buyer usually bears the return shipping costs, unless it is due to a defect or a manufacturing error.
